Every single consultation I do is tailored specifically to the individual or the team I am working with and will usually involve a blend of the following elements to help you achieve your full potential.

Mindset Coaching

I will work with you to unleash your inner warrior so you can crush life and achieve your absolute full potential.

Education & Career Planning

Are you finding it difficult to achieve stellar grades in school while balancing the rest of your life, or to plan for and find that dream career you've always strived for? Education and career planning can be a daunting task, but I've been where you've been and I will help you navigate your way to achieving success in these areas.

Physical Fitness Training

Struggling to get that physique you always wanted? Whether it be for increased performance on the court, field, or ice, to lose weight and fit in your clothes better, to put on muscle and increase your strength, or simply to optimize your overall health I will work with you to develop a customized program that works for you.

One-on-One Training

One-on-one training and consultations are the most in-depth in terms of individual customization to include coaching in any combination of the following categories - mindset, physical fitness, diet and nutrition, and education and career planning. Diet & Nutrition Planning

Diet and nutrition go hand-in-hand with both mindset and physical fitness. It takes discipline to eat healthy consistently and no two people are the same when it comes to their sensitivities and the exact types of foods they should be eating. I will work with you to develop a nutrition plan that is both easy and fun to stick to. 

Team Training & Seminars
